BME Recovery Forum

The Birmingham BME Recovery forum offers an opportunity for BME service users to meet and to have a voice and say in the Birmingham treatment system.

The forum members meet on the last Thursday of every month. The forum empowers service users to be active and to express their opinions regarding issues that concern them.

We also signpost them towards local services and treatment providers, openly discuss current community issues and trends, provide a research platform to investigate current needs, trends and issues, develop community projects to improve the community as a whole and provide a platform for service users to learn new skills and reintegrate into the community and create links into employment and health services.
